1.This policy is applicable only the order make via from other Beauty Retail stores, Beauty Salon, and other e-commerce platforms will not be eligible for this policy.

2.The buyer may request a return and refund within 7 days of receipt of the order.  In this situation, we replace another parcel as soon as possible to ship out as soon as possible. Besides that, the buyer need to arranges ship back the old parcel. We hope that this issue will not happen at all:

üThe order is damaged goods when the period of shipment.

üThe order item is wrong.

3.Any return or refund the buyer will require the Order Reference No and capture the pictures of the damaged goods email at [email protected] or chat with us within the stipulated time frame for the return & refund criteria.

4.There not be any return or refund after 7 days on the receiving date of the order. 

5.BeautyLife will not be responsible if your shipment is lost during the return transit. Once we had checked and confirm the goods/products, the customer will receive their refund within 3-5 days after the confirmation.

6.This policy does not apply to items which have been stated as non-exchangeable and non-refundable on our website
